We're looking for an Engineering Design Coordinator who thrives in structured, collaborative environments and enjoys connecting the dots between architecture and engineering. The role involves supporting design and technical coordination across multiple disciplines—structural, MEP, civil, and specialty systems—ensuring that every detail aligns with the overall design intent.

You'll be working closely with the Design Manager and project teams, turning complex technical inputs into clear, coordinated, and buildable plans. If you're organized, communicative, and enjoy keeping projects on track without losing sight of the bigger design picture, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural and engineering inputs to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Track design milestones, documents, and deliverables to maintain timelines.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and document outcomes.
  • Review design drawings for compliance with standards and codes.
  • Support in consolidating consultant outputs and design updates.
  • Manage and organize design documentation, revisions, and submissions.
  • Work closely with BIM teams for clash detection and model coordination.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all design coordination tasks.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or graduate of Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in design coordination or project management within the AEC industry.
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary design processes and building systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, and document control tools (e.g., Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of NBCP, BP 344, RA 9514, and relevant international standards.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
