Construction Inventory Assistant

Job Summary:

The Material Management Assistant is expected to maximize JNG potential through logistical management, inventory management, and Report generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check the Deliver Advice Form (DAF) delivery date if the supplier(s) can comply (one month before, two weeks before, and 3 days before the actual delivery date).
• Call suppliers to verify their deliveries.
• Check submission of bi-monthly inventory reports from various project sites.
• Double-checks the correctness and completeness of reports.
• Keep track of materials monitoring from different project sites.
• Check Purchase Orders (PO) if already with Delivery Advice Form (DAF).
• Follow-up delayed deliveries from suppliers to ask for delivery commitment.
• Site and stockyard inspection (project sites).
• Site Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) audit.
• Keep track of excess materials from project sites.
• Handles materials management team at project sites
• Handles RMC coordinators by checking their reports and monitoring RMC pouring and supply.
• Generate the materials management process improvement and necessary forms (as needed).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Any Bachelors' Degree
• Possess analytical and critical thinking
• Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven
• With good leadership skills.
• The candidate must be an organized, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively manage the intricacies of inventory systems.
• Must be proactive, resilient, and detail-focused while striving for continuous improvement and cost-efficiency.
• Above average skills in Microsoft Office software proficiency.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and warehousing.
• Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
