About the role

As an Accounting Officer at JG Manpower & General Contractor Services Corporation, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting. This full-time position is based in San Fernando, Pampanga, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and processing of financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  2. Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
  3. Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  4. Providing support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  5. Maintaining and updating the company's accounting records and systems
  6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
  7. Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
