Process EngineerPosition SummarySupports all work elements involved in producing power supplies, during both new product and mass production stages. Oversees the efficiency, safety, and yield of current manufacturing processes, and innovates new methods to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high quality. Responsibilities:Provide and review immediate actions with the Quality Engineer and Production Supervisors to contain and resolve production issues and defects.

Perform evaluations and technical analyses on new models and evaluation builds during their initial run. Implement, evaluate, and ensure the ongoing effectiveness of containment, corrective, and preventive actions to resolve process issues and prevent rework or scrap. Assist in efforts to achieve on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Consolidate issues from BOM and SPEC reviews and initial trial runs (F10 build). Assist design engineers with manufacturability and design issues. Implement process instructions provided by design engineers.

Document BOM discrepancies, specification concerns, and manufacturability issues in the PLOG system. Develop root cause analyses and improvement plans for process defects to enhance quality, reliability, and manufacturing costs. Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, and reliability.

Design and conduct experiments (DOE) for process and product optimization. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods based on product design, fabrication processes, tooling, and equipment capabilities. Failure Analysis EngineerPosition SummaryThe Failure Analysis Engineer plays a key role in analyzing failures, whether in components, manufacturing, or during service.

Provides world-class failure analysis for Power Supply units and parts. The timeliness, accuracy, and quality of FA results are crucial for driving improvements and containment actions to meet productivity, yield, quality, and cost goals. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.

Knowledge of Switch Mode Power Supply Failure Analysis. Programming skills in Visual Studio, VB6, , C#. net, Excel, VBA are advantageous.

Ability to generate and interpret schematic diagrams. Ability to operate and troubleshoot test equipment. Experience in designing test equipment based on product requirements.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office, electronic components operation, and application. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team; assertive, good leadership, team player, flexible.

Maintenance/Equipment EngineerResponsibilities:Develop and implement maintenance strategies, conduct audits, and establish procedures and protocols. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. Ensure all machine repair history is logged in the Maintenance System (EPM) to monitor performance and improve MTBF and MTTR.Forecast and plan system overhauls and upgrades.

Track maintenance KPIs to meet preventive and predictive maintenance targets. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.

Good command of English communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office, electronic components operation, and application. Ability to work in a cross-cultural team; assertive, leadership qualities, team player, flexible.
