Product Yield Engineer Role Overview

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support assigned IC products through the full product life cycle, performing yield enhancement, electrical characterization, and physical failure analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Yield Enhancement: Identify and resolve issues affecting product yield, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Electrical Characterization: Perform lab testing and analysis to ensure the quality and reliability of ADI's ICs.
  • Physical Failure Analysis: Investigate root causes of yield loss, working closely with design, test, and fab teams to implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
