We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects and support our clients during the night shift. This role is ideal for someone who's great at multitasking, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met — all while collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and updates using tools like Trello or Jira
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications during night shift hours
  • Track project progress and report status, risks, and blockers to management
  • Coordinate effectively across design, development, data, and content teams
  • Maintain meeting notes, documentation, and clear communication channels
  • Ensure deadlines are consistently met and project goals are achieved

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and PM tools (Trello, Jira, Asana) preferred
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Davao during night shift (8 PM–5 AM)
