About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Encoder to join our team at United Bearing Industrial Corporation. As an Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our proprietary systems, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our records. This full-time role is based in our Bacolod City, Negros Occidental office.

What you'll be doing

  • Inputting data from various sources into our database and software systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical records as required
  • Assisting with ad-hoc data administration and clerical tasks as needed
  • Adhering to data entry protocols and quality control procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective data management

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in data entry, ideally within an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in using computer software, particularly spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with data entry best practices and quality control procedures
