Encoder/Salesman

Job Summary:

The Encoder / Salesman is responsible for accurate data encoding, maintaining records, and providing administrative support, while being trained to perform sales functions. This role ensures proper documentation of transactions and offers opportunities to develop sales skills, with the goal of transitioning into a Salesman role in the future.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encode and update records, sales data, and other business transactions accurately
• Maintain organized files and ensure data integrity in the system
• Assist the sales team in preparing reports, quotations, and client requirements
• Support logistics and administrative tasks as needed
• Willing to undergo training to develop selling skills and eventually handle client accounts
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Work Days:

• Monday to Saturday (8 hours per day; overtime may be required as needed)

Requirements and Qualifications:

• With or without experience as a Salesman, Sales Agent, or Sales Representative (experience is an advantage but not required)
• Willing to travel and must hold a valid driver's license
• Computer literate and detail-oriented
• Willing to be trained and pursue a sales career

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
