Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Macabling, Santa Rosa, Laguna

Job Summary:

The Vice President (VP) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing departmental operations, and ensuring the organization achieves its business objectives. The VP will provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to department heads, foster a culture of high performance, and contribute to shaping the company's long-term vision and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies that align with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor and optimize business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across departments.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide senior managers and department heads to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate departmental and organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in executive leadership roles (VP, Director, or equivalent).
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of successfully managing operations, driving growth, and achieving business objectives.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in [industry-specific experience if required] is an advantage.
