JOB REQUIREMENTS
✨Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
✨With 3 to 4 years’ experience as Vice President in a retail company
✨With experience in retail distributor
✨Amendable to work in Quezon City
✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✨Provide strategic leadership for the retail organization by setting clear business goals
✨Ensuring all stores operate efficiently, meet performance targets, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
✨Oversee financial performance of the retail division, including budgeting, cost control, and capital investment decisions.
✨Serve as a senior ambassador of the company brand, promoting consistency, integrity, and the organization’s values across all retail interactions.
✨Drive sales growth and margin improvement through data-driven decision-making, promotional strategies, and operational enhancements.
