This restaurant is a quick-serve restaurant that roast everything in the store to ensure the quality and freshness of their product. Lechon Haus believe that lechon is for every Filipino, they can't just do nothing knowing that there are some in the country who don't have a chance to try the lechon that's why they made it affordable to the people but not compromising the quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content, etc.) to ensure marketing campaigns align with company goals.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and analytics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, etc.).
