Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap, aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Cultivate thought leadership through messaging and positioning to differentiate us in the SaaS market.
  • Promote inbound and outbound acquisition through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with business development to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Empower customer advocacy through case studies, communities, and advocacy programs.
  • Analyze data and ROI to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • A proven track record of scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic thinking, combined with hands-on execution, driving vision and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
