A DRIVER HELPER /PAHINANTE is a support role that assists a delivery driver by physically loading and unloading packages, securing cargo in the truck, and sometimes helping with route navigation and customer service. These individuals work under the truck driver's supervision, often performing entry-level duties in logistics and delivery services, with responsibilities including preparing for delivery, maintaining equipment, and following company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Physically moving packages and goods into and out of the delivery truck.
  • Cargo Management: Ensuring that items are properly packaged, organized, and secured to prevent damage during transport.
  • Route Assistance: Helping the driver with navigation and identifying correct delivery locations.
  • Customer Interaction: Providing customer service, which may involve delivering items and resolving delivery issues.
  • Basic Maintenance: Performing minor vehicle or equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with paperwork related to deliveries.

Job Qualifications:

  • Highschool or College Graduate
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Living in or near Calamba, Laguna Area
  • Previous experience in delivery services, warehouse environments, or other physically demanding roles is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Working Hours

8:30AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday; 8:30AM - 3:00PM Saturday
