JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Delivery: Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Pickup: Collect parcels from hubs or partner stores.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional way.
  • Documentation: Ensure delivery orders are complete, get customer signatures, and submit accurate reports.
  • Compliance: Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company standard operating procedures.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Driver's License: A valid professional driver's license is mandatory, often with specific restriction codes (e.g., 1, 2, or 3) that cover 4-wheel vehicles.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant delivery or driving experience is usually required.
  • Physical Fitness: The job requires being physically fit.
  • Education: A high school graduate or equivalent education is typically required.
  • Skills: Basic English communication skills are often needed, as is the ability to be flexible with work requirements and schedules.
  • Vehicle Knowledge: Familiarity with driving manual transmission 4-wheeler vehicles (e.g., vans, closed vans) is common for these roles.
