Role Summary:

The Corporate Communications Officer is responsible for designing and implementing the Hospital's corporate communication strategies to support its mission, leadership messaging, and institutional goals. This role focuses on internal communications, brand reputation, executive messaging, and supporting cross-divisional communications needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Communication Planning

  • Develop a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the hospital's goals.

  • Craft executive messages to promote leadership visibility and align with MDH's brand.

  • Design internal communication strategies to build emotional engagement among staff, doctors, and partners.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and reach of communication channels.

  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow across the organization.

2. Campaign Execution and Monitoring

  • Implement and monitor communication and branding campaigns.

  • Submit detailed reports, documentation, and campaign evaluations.

  • Ensure prompt and accurate dissemination of updates and key reports.

  • Maintain high efficiency and relevance in information transfer.

3. Content Development and Messaging

  • Write and edit speeches, memos, newsletters, and inter-office communications.

  • Ensure all written materials reflect the MDH tone and brand identity.

  • Respond to and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve communication effectiveness.

4. Awards and Accreditation Support

  • Lead hospital participation in prestigious awards and accreditation programs.

  • Prepare documentation, coordinate submissions, and represent MDH at awarding events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in corporate communications or brand management.

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

  • Experience in internal communications, content development, and project coordination.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
