Role OverviewThis role will support the PH Finance Controller in managing operations finance reporting, including manufacturing cost analysis and annual budgeting.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport product costing and inventory control processes, such as annual standard cost roll, cycle count, and WIP count. Manage PH entity statutory reporting and tax compliance, including preparing and filing income tax returns, withholding tax returns, VAT returns, and fringe benefits tax returns, as well as assisting in year-end audits. Coordinate with outsource partners to manage PH entity accounting activities, including recording and payments.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by local suppliers to the parent company per signed agreements. Qualifications and ExperienceExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong business acumen with an understanding of cost drivers and KPI structuring to meet business objectives.

Operational expertise in variance analysis and cost analysis within a manufacturing environment. Personal CompetenciesExcellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills.
