What You'll Do:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (GAAP compliant)

Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close

Oversee A/P, A/R, and payroll processes

Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support

Ensure tax compliance and coordinate audits

Mentor junior team members and improve accounting processes

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

5+ years of accounting experience (including 2+ years in a senior role)

Strong GAAP knowledge & experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zoho Books, or similar)

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
