About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' as a Non-Voice Retail Account Representative. Based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office, this full-time role will provide you with the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, without the need for voice-based interactions.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our retail clients through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  • Accurately process customer orders, returns, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive brand experience
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or retail support role, preferably in a call centre or non-voice environment
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems, software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
