We are seeking a 
Creative Designer
 who excels at visualizing complex ideas and transforming them into compelling presentations and visual narratives for clients. The ideal candidate is not just a graphic artist, but a creative thinker who can collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and communicate concepts clearly through visual storytelling. While graphic design skills are important, the primary focus is on ideation, presentation design, and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in creative design, presentation design, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint) and other presentation tools.
  • Enthusiastic about technology, with a keen interest in Microsoft cloud solutions (such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus, but not the main focus.
  • Experience in visualizing and simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working directly with clients.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, content, events, technology).
  • Portfolio showcasing creative presentations, visual storytelling, and client-focused design solutions.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Background in events or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Visualize and design engaging presentations and visual materials for client meetings, pitches, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate ideas into clear, impactful visual stories.
  • Support project teams by developing creative concepts, storyboards, and visual frameworks.
  • Create graphics and visual assets as needed, but with less emphasis on heavy graphic production.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with client vision, brand standards, and project goals.
  • Leverage Microsoft cloud solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and creative output.
  • Stay updated on trends in visual communication, presentation design, storytelling techniques, and relevant technologies.
  • Provide creative insights to support marketing campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Occasionally assist with branding, advertising, or web design projects as required.

  • Monthly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
