RENEWALS SPECIALIST

SHIFT: NIGHT / GRAVEYARD PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENENT CONTRACTOR

Description

This position is responsible for administering and maintaining our maintenance renewal contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain contract renewals for clients that are the responsibility of Net at Work.
  • Client notifications, payment confirmation and appropriate action with the vendor.
  • Work closely with vendors to capture details of any changes in renewal process
  • Ensure relevant margins are maintained and escalate discrepancies as appropriate
  • Present regular and timely reports of the results of maintenance renewals and collections, showing amounts billed and collected and reasons for any non-renewals.
  • Work with sales staff on revenue generating opportunities related to maintenance and renewals.
  • Consistent record keeping in CRM system

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of in a professional setting.
  • Experience with billing and collections in a professional service environment
  • Experience with business application technology
  • Customer Service
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection : Must be 25 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
  • Headsets : The Contractor must have a noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Web Cam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
