  • Prepare Purchase Orders in line with company policies and procedures. Purchase Orders are approved on time.
  • Coordinate approved Purchase Order to vendor/supplier and file with vendor/supplier acknowledged and signed.
  • Check and verify if goods received are in good quality condition.
  • Schedule of delivery and update day to day
  • Establish relationship with suppliers and with agreed production lead time is being met.
  • Check availability of fabric and accessories based on MPS as scheduled day to day basis.
  • Computation on actual volume and generate accessories transmittal Coordinating of ordered materials with purchaser based on purchase order.
  • Monitor utilization of materials and accessories per order of non-continuous items should be consumed to the fullest to avoid any excess occurrence and accumulation of stocks.
  • Encoding of Purchase Order and uploads automatically to the system.
  • Inventory reports on slow moving/obsolete status.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in inventory/ purchasing
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
