We are looking for organized and reliable Inventory Staff to support store operations. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, monitoring product movement, and ensuring timely replenishment to support daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through daily stock counts and system updates.
  2. Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy between system data and actual stock.
  3. Coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment, transfers, and adjustments.
  4. Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing product deliveries and returns.
  5. Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses to the Store Supervisor.
  6. Support audit requirements by preparing inventory-related reports and documentation.
  7. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and display of products following company standards.

Qualifications

  • At least college level or graduate of any 2- or 4-year course, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Experience in retail inventory or stock management is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or point-of-sale/inventory systems
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and dependable
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
