The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
  • Create, proofread, and edit content for various platforms including social media, websites, email newsletters, and print materials
  • Manage and update the company's CRM and marketing databases
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Support event planning and coordination (webinars, trade shows, product launches, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to execute projects
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and engage with the company's social media accounts

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or related role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
