Job Title Available: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and improve overall productivity. The ideal candidate will manage teams, streamline processes, and ensure that operational activities align with company goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
