The Sample Solutions team is responsible for developing creative and cost-effective solutions to meet customers' panel partner data needs. The Sample Solutions Buyer role is the crucial connection between our global network of partners and the solutions needed by our customers. The Sample Solutions Buyer will engage with a wide range of Dynata teams and our global network of sample partners for sourcing, recommending, and onboarding new sources of global supply.

To be successful, the Sample Solutions Buyer must have excellent communication skills, enjoy negotiating, be detail-oriented, and a true team player. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record or procurement experience

Minimum of 1-2 years procurement or operations-related work experience, ideally in a market research environment

Experience in structured process improvement activities is strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service orientation: willing to go the extra mile to develop solutions for internal and external customer needs

Strong analytical and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Ability to work successfully with diverse teams in a cross-departmental role

Must be meticulous about data accuracy and quality

Sales and marketing knowledge is a plusRESPONSIBILITIES:Respond quickly and effectively to internal customer requests for samples

Create and develop effective external procurement relationships to provide excellent customer support

Negotiate costs and agreements with partners to optimize margin and quality

Collaborate with Finance and partners to process invoices efficiently

Assist in developing and maintaining reports on key performance indicators related to procurement activities

Support specific Sample Solutions projects such as partner quality, cost reduction, and client solutioning
