As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain a high-performing digital marketing platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch functionality and user experience. You'll write clean, efficient code, mentor peers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the platform's growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with PHP (version 8.0 or higher required)
• 6+ years of JavaScript experience, with solid knowledge of modern frameworks and best practices
• 6+ years of experience working with relational databases (MySQL preferred)
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Ability to undertake independent research and apply findings to solve complex problems
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, managing own ticket status and delivering quality code from development through production deployment
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, while also mentoring and guiding other team members
• Comfortable with reporting progress and presenting work or research to internal teams and, occasionally, external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with one or more of the following:

• Frameworks: Laravel, TypeScript, , Angular,

• Architectures & Tools: Microservices, Scheduled Tasks, Queues and Workers
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Application monitoring and performance optimization

Your Daily Tasks

• Responsible for development of the PartnerReach platform
• Collaborates with TCM Technology Team
• 20% Requirements Gathering, 20% Analysis and Testing, 40% Coding, 10% Helping/Mentoring, 10% Architecture Design
• Escalates to their team, then their manager, before becoming blocked on work, but ideally prevents blockers through adequate planning
• Receives mentoring on their skills and career and applies themselves to improve, as well as helping peers with their problems
• Learns, follows, improves, and also helps to create team standards and processes
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by supervisor or business
