About the role

As a Dining Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional table service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and contribute to the success of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers, and escorting them to their tables
  2. Taking orders and communicating these clearly to the kitchen
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
  5. Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns
  6. Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed
  7. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a dining or restaurant environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
  4. A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  6. Preferably Graduate of BS Hospitaly or a related field.
