JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, marketing, or finance).
  • MBA is a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in Business Development (real estate or commercial field preferred).
  • Proven experience in business planning and market research.
  • Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
