Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Social Media Specialist to lead and manage our paid social media campaigns across major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role focuses heavily on advertising strategy, performance analysis, and localized content planning. The ideal candidate is experienced in SNS (Social Networking Service) advertising and can deliver measurable results through precise targeting, budget management, and creative optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  2. Plan and adapt campaign content that resonates with the local market audience
  3. Track and analyze campaign data to optimize for performance, engagement, and ROI
  4. Oversee and manage ad budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum reach
  5. Create detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  6. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitive activity

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SNS (Social Networking Service) advertising
  2. Strong working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
  3. Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance data
  4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
