MDM Technical Lead

A leading financial institution is seeking an IT MDM Technical Lead to join their IT Data and Analytics department in Makati.

What You'll Do

• Define comprehensive technical architecture for Master Data Management systems, including detailed data models, workflow designs, and integration frameworks tailored to organisational needs.
• Design and implement robust APIs, efficient data pipelines, and reliable ETL processes that facilitate seamless data flow and synchronisation across multiple platforms.
• Oversee initiatives aimed at continuously improving data management processes by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with data stewards and governance teams to ensure all MDM solutions adhere strictly to compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor system performance proactively by analysing scalability metrics, throughput rates, and response times to optimise overall efficiency of MDM platforms.
• Support the development of a strong data governance model by establishing clear guidelines for data creation, updates, and decision rights documentation.
• Evaluate emerging MDM tools, technologies, and enhancements regularly to recommend solutions that align with evolving organisational objectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation covering every aspect of MDM system architecture, configurations, workflows, and operational processes for transparency and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams effectively while fostering collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling you to present intricate data management concepts clearly to both technical experts and senior leadership.
• Extensive hands-on experience with major MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or IBM InfoSphere along with associated integration technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset equipped with problem-solving abilities necessary for navigating complex situations involving large-scale enterprise data environments.
• Proven track record of working successfully within collaborative teams where teamwork is essential for achieving shared goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline providing a solid foundation in technical principles.
• At least eight years' experience in IT roles with three to five years dedicated specifically to MDM implementation and technical leadership responsibilities.
• Documented success in designing and deploying enterprise-scale MDM solutions that meet rigorous organisational requirements for reliability and performance.
• Relevant certifications in leading MDM platforms or related data management tools demonstrating commitment to professional development.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati as required by project demands.
