Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our team. The role will provide support in HR administration, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This position will also ensure proper employee records management and assist in policy development to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support employee-related cases and concerns in coordination with management.
- Assist in drafting and implementing company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure HR practices, documentation, and procedures comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in Compensation and Benefits and Payroll related tasks.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and files.
- Check attendance records of manpower personnel and submit reports to the agency coordinator for processing.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Performs tasks that may be assigned by the superior or the COO or CEO occasionally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR related is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance standards, and familiarity with government-mandated benefits systems and practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
