Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst / Computer Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics, process improvements, and AI innovations to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of computer engineering principles, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement optimized processes that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Research and develop AI models and algorithms to support business initiatives and enhance product offerings.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to integrate innovative solutions into business practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and other teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or related roles.
  • Proven experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Java, C++).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
