Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in data management, deletion, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. (Non-negotiable)
  • Solid understanding ofdata management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
  • Experience in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture detailed requirements for data deletion or analytics-related initiatives.
  • Apply analytical tools to examine complex datasets, identify trends, and derive insights that drive business decisions.
  • Work with technical teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting—to ensure timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.
  • Ensure that data integrity, security, and compliance are maintained, especially in data deletion projects, following data governance best practices.
  • Develop clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to facilitate communication and knowledge transfer.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant parties, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
