Our team is now looking for an experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. This is a full-time remote role, aligned with Australian business hours (8 hours per day, 5 days per week - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Melbourne time, with 30-minute unpaid break).

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and spoken English (as you'll work closely with the company founder)
  • Have strong creative skills and be open to learning new design techniques
  • Have some design experience in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
  • Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing content calendars for monthly email campaigns, social media posts, YouTube videos, and blogs
  • Curating and designing social media posts for Meta Business Suite and Klaviyo email campaigns (training in Klaviyo will be provided)
  • Creating visual content in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Using Notion for documentation and team collaboration

Since this is an independent contractor position, we require the candidate to have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection. We offer a relaxed and friendly work environment, along with extensive training and support for the right person to succeed in this role.
