Job Summary

Market and sell Toyota vehicles and meet the individual and group quota

Duties and Responsibilities

-Search for potential buyers and prepare vehicle quotations

-Utilize digital and traditional marketing in searching for potential buyers

-Follow the Vehicle Sales Process and use the Sales Funnel Management tool/s as mandated by the dealer

-Comply with the guidelines set in using social media and other online platforms when posting, commenting, sharing, and communicating with current and potential customers

-Conduct caravans and displays outside the dealer as scheduled by the GRMs and the VSM and stay in the designated display area except during breaks

-Assist customers in completing the requirements for financing transactions-Prepare and update the reservation and other requirements so that the Sales Administrator can process the ordering of the vehicle

-Organize the necessary, pertinent documents and assist customers in making payments to the cashier

-Administer the releasing of the vehicles to the customers-Practice 5s in the showroom, sales department and all company-owned vehicles

-Pull out units from the pier-Update the CCB (Customer Commitment Board) or Meiruka board

-Follow the rules and regulations exclusive for TTY MPs as specified in the 2019 TTY Sales Group Rules and Responsibilities

-Participate in trainings, seminars, and workshops initiated by the dealer and TMP when deemed necessary by the Dealer Sales Trainer, Group Sales Managers, Vehicle Sales Manager and/or when recommended by the HR and Admin Department

-Participate in kaizen activities and Small Group Activity (SGA) as required by the Dealer Sales Trainer, Group Sales Managers, and Vehicle Sales Manager

-Perform tasks, functions, and roles assigned by the Dealer Sales Trainer, Group Sales Managers, and Vehicle Sales Manager
