About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Pagsabungan Mandaue City Cebu. As Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general accounting duties such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, Payroll and Bir reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and support

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role is advantage but we accept fresh graduate also as long as fast learner.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  • Can start Asap
