The Opportunity.

Join our Controllership team and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within our core banking systems. This role is ideal for accounting professionals who want to expand their expertise into system testing and financial technology.

The Role.

  • Validate and test accounting-related transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and accuracy in general ledger postings.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of financial processes such as loan processing, deposits, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Write and execute test scripts for financial transactions and reporting modules.
  • Identify and document discrepancies, collaborating with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist stakeholders in verifying financial data integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to banking compliance standards and internal controls during testing.
  • Work closely with the Accounting Head to align testing with financial accuracy requirements.

The Expertise.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance; exposure to system testing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger, and reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
