What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in budgeting and planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
  • Evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and key drivers impacting profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and optimize financial models.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and management reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
