Responsibilities
  • Gathering and analyzing data to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining business analytics tools and dashboards
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create project plans
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate project updates
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Mentoring junior business analysts and providing guidance and support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
