A.    STATEMENT OF DUTIES

Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations

Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; and compiling accounts

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;

Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;

Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment;

Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;

Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;

10.  Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues

11.  Submit consolidated monthly report to Sales Head.

12.  Sending monthly a customer survey form to all clients (minimum of 50 clients per month and consolidate yearly).

13.  Monitors updated Customer Information Sheet every year.

14.  Accomplish supplier accreditation.

15.  Creates customer database to serve as a guide in the development of a marketing plan.

16.  Performs other duties that the Immediate Superior may assign from time to time

B.     AUTHORIZATION

  1. Authorized to prepare quotation in the absence of Sales Account Executive
  2. Authorized to have access on Quickbooks
  3. Authorized to do routing slip
  4. Authorized to have an access in confidential files
