About the Role

Fig Advisory is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator – Architectural Field to join our project delivery support team in North Edsa. In this role, you will work closely with Australian clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring architectural projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a non negotiable - on site role.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and milestones.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades.
  • Oversee project budgets and implement effective cost control strategies.
  • Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure on-site quality control and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Proactively resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project coordination or management (preferably high-end residential or commercial).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering actionable value.
