Brand Manager – Caracole (Luxury Furniture)

We are seeking a Brand Manager who can balance creativity with quantitative discipline—championing Caracole's presence in the Philippines through data-driven brand management, measurable marketing performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Positioning
Craft and execute Caracole's brand strategy in alignment with Dexterton's vision and Caracole's global guidelines.
• Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Tracking
Set measurable KPIs for campaigns (awareness, engagement, conversion). Track ROI of events, promotions, and media spend. Analyze campaign results and optimize for higher impact.
• Business & Sales Analytics
Monitor sell-through rates, margins, and inventory turnover for Caracole. Use forecasting and demand planning to ensure sales targets are met.
• Market Insights & Research
Conduct competitive analysis, track market share, and identify growth opportunities through quantitative tools (e.g., sales dashboards, market trend reports).
• Financial Management
Manage brand P&L, prepare budgets, and measure marketing spend efficiency. Collaborate with sales teams to align financial goals with brand initiatives.
• Showroom & Visual Merchandising
Oversee Caracole's presence in Dexterton showrooms, ensuring displays and product storytelling connect with both emotional appeal and business results.
• Designer & Client Engagement
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and key clients, leveraging client data and feedback to drive stronger project pipelines.
• Global Coordination
Act as liaison with Caracole's international team, ensuring consistent brand alignment while reporting on market performance with clear quantitative metrics.

Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years experience in brand management, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills: able to track and interpret KPIs, ROI, sales forecasts, and inventory data.
• Comfortable with data tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar dashboards) and able to turn insights into strategy.
• Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
• Proven ability to balance creative brand building with measurable business results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage architects, designers, and tastemakers.
