Partnering with Filta, we're looking for a Media Sales Coordinator to join their high-performing digital operations team and help drive success across campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Media Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping the sales team deliver outstanding results for clients. You'll bring together your coordination, organization, and creative skills to ensure smooth campaign execution and excellent client service.

  • Supporting the sales team with accurate and timely administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Creating engaging client proposals and post-campaign reports that showcase results and impact.
  • Designing eye-catching digital display ads using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Managing radio schedule bookings through the Drive system and coordinating Partner Programme schedules.
  • Keeping sales collateral organized and up to date.
  • Maintaining accurate advertising records through CRM and other systems.
  • Actively contributing ideas to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year experience in digital coordination, ad operations, or media support
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn

Good-to-Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with an eye for design and creativity is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software tools.
