We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic support team. This role involves managing a high volume of inquiries related to HR and benefits matters, ensuring timely, courteous, and accurate assistance while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online ticket inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Apply appropriate resolutions or escalate issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
- Assist with HR-related transactions and general inquiries regarding company policies and programs.
- Support benefit-related tasks such as enrollments, life event changes, beneficiary updates, and general questions about group benefits.
- Provide clear and helpful information to employees regarding HR and benefits programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee-related information.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and follow up on unresolved concerns.
- Stay composed and detail-oriented in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum B2 Spanish proficiency (certificate required).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in HR or benefits support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
