Job Description:

The SharePoint Support Associate will work closely with Coordinators, Specialists, and the Product Support & Services Leads to maintain, update, and enhance content within the Firm's intranet. This role ensures information accuracy, consistency, and global accessibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to update and track intranet content.

  • Complete weekly recurring tasks, including:

  • Updating SharePoint document libraries

  • Converting daily office reports into intranet posts
  • Sharing and publishing content globally across various sites and groups
  • Identify and escalate content gaps or inconsistent information to the Product Support & Services Lead.
  • Support the migration and recreation of content from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Knowledge or internship experience in Microsoft SharePoint (content management, site maintenance, or document libraries preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on mid or night shift schedules.
  • Can start immediately.
