Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Experience Lead to oversee the stability and accuracy of our website, signup and customer portals, and e-Store. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance website usability, implement user-centric web design, and ensure optimal performance. You will also be responsible for managing the implementation of promotional campaigns on the website, ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving digital customer journeys and utilising data-driven insights to drive website enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Website, Signup and Customer Portal Stewardship:Provide guidance on best practices for usability and customer experience, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the website, signup and customer portal in collaboration with the Webmaster to optimise performance.
- Campaign Management:Plan and manage website requirements for digital campaigns and e-Store, conducting thorough reviews of results to identify actionable insights for future initiatives.
- User-Centric Design:Evaluate, develop, and implement web designs based on usability findings and customer feedback to enhance user experience.
- Promotions Implementation Management:Manage the implementation of promotional campaigns on the website, including setting up promotions on the platform, ensuring accuracy of the promo mechanics, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and overseeing deployment.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate success metrics related to website usability and results conversions, enabling data-driven decisions to deliver campaign results.
- e-Store Manager:Oversee the entire journey of the brand's e-Store to drive incremental business revenue —from product selection and promotional campaign execution to optimising the purchase experience and conducting post-campaign analysis.
- Industry Awareness:Stay updated on emerging digital platforms and industry trends that can enhance the digital journey and improve website functionality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conversions: Track desired results of the campaigns, e.g. number of new leads, signups, purchases
- Conversion Rates: Measure and analyse conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of the website in driving desired user actions, such as sign-ups and purchases.
- Flowthrough Rates:Evaluate flowthroughs to determine the effectiveness of navigation paths and identify areas for improvement.
- Loading Time:Monitor and optimize website loading times to ensure quick access for users.
- Time on Page: Analyze the average time users spend on pages to assess content engagement and effectiveness.
- Bounce Rates:Track and reduce bounce rates to improve user retention and encourage further interaction with the site.
Requirements
- Experience:5-7 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or user experience design.
- Technical Skills:Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., GTM, Google Analytics) to measure and analyse website performance metrics.
