Your new role

As a Manila Central Offices Team Lead involves managing the two offices in Makati and Alabang, supporting a team of circa 20 project management professionals, and head office staff, and overseeing day-to-day operations. This includes offering guidance to team members, addressing operational issues, and being essential in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PMO practice lead in managing the team, client engagements and PMO practice activities. Including quality reviews, including deliverable assessment and analysis of activity that has been requested to be performed.

• Assist the HR manager in managing the team across HR functions, including hiring processes and new team member logistics and training

• Support team members and assist in assessments of performance and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

• Coach the graduates, PMO and PM's in the team as required.

• Building of team culture as well as organisation of Manila team functions such as quarterly outings, Project Seven etc

• Act as a liaison with EMAPTA, Ownership of Team Call Tree, escalation of performance, compliance concerns, raising of general office staff concerns: such as weather advisory warning

• Manage office assets including coordination of Manila logistics and attendance at joint meetings (e.g. All Hands)

• Budget preparation, actuals against forecast tracking and communications with accounts

• Maintain strength of Seven brand within team and Manila. Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

• Project management &/or PMO services roles
