Job Summary

The Service Crew / Cashier is responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service and supporting daily café operations. This role includes taking orders, preparing food and drinks, handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with other operational tasks as required. The position demands reliability, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation in a fast-paced café environment.

Overall Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service

  2. Provide friendly and professional service by greeting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and operating the cash register.

  3. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback courteously and efficiently.

  4. Operational Support and Multi-Tasking

  5. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy café setting while maintaining service quality.

  6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, café kiosk, and workstations.
  7. Assist with other duties and operational tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Café Manager.

Education and Work Experience

  • Open to fresh graduates or individuals with vocational training in a related field.
  • Prior experience in cash handling or customer service is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently in a high-volume café environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage handling standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Effective verbal communication skills in English.
  • Quick learner and able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
  • Mobile (owns a motorcycle or willing to live in a boarding house near the café).
  • Willing to work at Bicol International Airport, Burgos, Daraga.

Working Conditions

  • Work Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak café hours.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced café environment requiring standing for extended periods.
  • Supervision: Reports directly to the Team Leader / Café Manager.
