Site Location: 1880 Building Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Your Role:

  • Handle inbound calls and incoming email.
  • Enter, process and release sales orders accurately in the system.
  • Provide product, pricing and availability information to wholesale clients.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics Teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.
  • Request and process payments on sales orders and credit card management.
  • Verify validity of sales order discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from customers and / or sales reps.
  • Support and work closely with the Accounting, Sales Team & Warehouse Staff.
  • Provide support to salespeople.
  • Research and process credit memos.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, billing and returns.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and company reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Some college or technical school in accounting related courses desired;
  • Over one year of Customer service related experience.
  • Ability to speak, write and read English fluently and articulately.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, weight and volume.
  • Smart, Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to cooperate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Proficient in Excel.
