
Healthcare Customer Care Assistants For CEBU

Job Description
- Provide necessary information to customers regarding the facility's services and doctors' availability
- Obtain necessary patient information such as medical histories and insurance information and ensure that it is properly processed and recorded
- Follow-up with doctors and nurses to obtain necessary information to complete patients' records
- Monitor call status for responses from various departments to ensure that call returns are done in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Filipino, 18 years old and above
- HIGH SCHOOL graduate or College Graduate/Undergraduate
- Fresh graduates and experienced applicants will be accepted
- With or without experience in customer service
- Ability to handle conversations in English
- Computer literate
- Willing to work in CEBU
